Step 4: How do I reduce Home Screen animations?

Instructions

  1. Open the iOS Settings app → Accessibility → Per-App Settings
  2. Tap Add App
  3. Select Home Screen & App Library, then select it a second time
  4. Select Reduce Motion → set it to ON

In addition for iOS 26:

  1. After Step 4, select Reduce Transparency
  2. Set Reduce Transparency to ON
