Why aren’t my apps opening?

💡 There is a rare iOS 18 issue affecting a small amount of people.

Please follow these steps if you are affected;

  1. Restart your phone
  2. Update to the latest version of iOS 18 (or iOS 26)
  3. Re-install Dumb Phone from the App Store
  4. Adjust app behavior in Dumb Phone
    1. Open Dumb Phone → tap Settings in the corner → App Behavior
    2. Change Launching Apps → Prefer to “Always Through Dumb Phone”
